Exchange and Return

Our customers may exchange or return their purchases within 14 days from the delivery date of order under the following terms and conditions:

The goods to be replaced or returned are in good condition and can be displayed in its cover and cards as well as attached to the original purchase receipt.
The goods to be replaced or returned are not matching the ordered product and/or have defects and/or defects that are not apparent at the time of purchase.
Cosmetics must be returned without opening and/or using the product while maintaining no damage to the outer packaging.
